Beginning 5 mins | Warm up. Middle 30mins | Light Sources Pass out the light sources notes with pictures. Have students cut these and glue them into their vocabulary books. Go through the presentation of light sources. Have students pronounce the words and take time to explain the sun information and the torch/flashlight information. I Can & Plurals 1. Remind students about plural forms of words with slide 16. 2. Show students the animated images, and have them ask a partner: What can you see? 3. The partner should answer using the correct plural//singular form and a sentence (i.e. I can see three fireflies/I can see fireflies/I can see many fireflies) 4. Call on a set of students to share answers with the class.
